My car lost reverse while on my lunch break. We called our favorite representative from Pat O'Brien, Tony since we have never used the tow service before. Thank goodness we purchased the extended warranty for my Buick. They kept me up to date the whole time, letting me know when to expect the tow service to arrive, how to get the rental car, and that they expected go call me the next day to let me know if parts would be available and a time line to get my car back. They did call the next day, but it was to let me know that my car was ready for me! I just had to leave the rental car at the dealer, no need to find a way to get it back to the rental place. Everyone was just so amazing! Melissa was who I talked to once my car made it to the service department. Thank you all very much for making a crazy, stressful situation into a manageable inconvenience.
Very disappointed, was told I needed a alignment and my tires were wearing out in the inner walls. I took the vehicle to a closer Chevy dealership and they said there was nothing wrong with the tires. Measures the tread and all was the same.
I had an issue with receiving voicemails from the dealership. I called after hours on a Friday and the general manager found someone for me to talk to about my car. The gentleman that helped me get a status on my car is very helpful. They both went above and beyond when they could have just said “sorry we’re closed”. It was excellent customer service and I’ll be bringing my car back for any other repairs it needs.
