Car was in for discovery of oil leak. Oil Leak was confirmed due to oil being all over the engine. However, the mechanic did not find the leak. Dye was put in the oil reservoir and car was sent home for us to bring back in if oil ended up on garage floor under garage. Its 3 days later & no oil under car yet. ??? Perhaps the lid was not on tightly after last oil change in October 2017???

The mechanics need to pay more attention to their greasy hands. Every time they service my van they leave greasy handprints on everything they touch. All the doors, door handles hood and side of the van. The complimentary wash does me no good when I have a ladder rack on the top of the van.
Reggie and Kamal were great. Both very helpful and pleasant to work with. This is my second lease with Pat O’Brien and working directly with Reggie and has been a pleasant experience both times. I’d recommend anyone to Reggie and the Pat O’Brien dealerships for a new or used car based on both my experiences. In terms of the Lot Porters and cleaniliness of the vehicle upon delivery none of the windows were cleaned and appeared the car was just ran through the wash. There were dirt marks through out the inside of the car. Delivering a new car at the value of the vehicles today they can do a better job on Delivering New and used vehicles to your customers.

Brian Moncheck in the service department was extremely helpful and had a great attitude. He went out of his way to make sure my Chevy Silverado was serviced properly and back to me in a timely manner. Will be seeing him again for any of my service needs.
The experience with Pat O'Brien West was fantastic. But the experience with Enterprise for the replacement car not so good. 1. They were a half hour late in get to the dealer to pick me up. 2. The car had not been washed, 3. The Air conditioning broke after the first day(the rental was a 2018 Chevy Malibu). Was able to get a replacement in Washington DC they only has a compact but better than car with no A/C and 95+ degree day.
