There was no pressure to buy, sales person listened to what features I wanted and recommended the vehicles that met my criteria. Although what I really wanted nobody has manufactured yet. A vehicle like the Equinox with the economy fuel saving engine like the Malibu. Suggestion for the GM manufacturers! I don't like small cars. The Malibu was roomy and will meet my needs for now.
I was greeted immediately after arriving by Joe Santora. While writing up the order we talked briefly about my former salesman, Tony DeJesus, who has moved. Joe introduced me to salesman Sean who he thought I would enjoy working with when my lease is up. I am always impressed by the personal service offered at Pat O'Brien!

I was upset that with only just over 1,000 miles, the 2017 Chevy Malibu was already having "issues". I was ready to trade it back in for my 10 yr old Buick (unfortunately it had sold, or I would have). However, Mike (Service Mgr) said they'd check the Malibu out, and assured me that it was OK. He answered all my questions, and I was pleased. My one big gripe - no key. Hate/hate/hate key-less entry & start.
I had absolutely no intention of buying the day I visited the dealership. From the greeting to the sales person Emily and the General Manager Jason I felt at ease and as if I was never pressured to decide on anything. As it turns out I knew the GM from another dealership I had purchased many automobiles and he treated me with the same gracious manner as a returning loyal customer of Chevy. With all that and a good trade offer a purchase was made.
