I would like to commend Brian Moncheck who went above and beyond to keep us informed while our vehicle was repaired. It was a very unique issue and it appears, so far, that it has been fixed! Thanks again.
Service advisor was informative and made repeated attempts to contact me when I did not respond. I appreciate the thoroughness and drive to contact me (it was my issue where I was not getting calls in my office).
I received quick service and was updated frequently on the repairs being performed. (I just wish GM would make a more reliable vehicle as I’ve had several issues in the 1.5 years since purchasing the vehicle. Please note this is no reflection of the dealership or their service team)
Excellent and friendly sales staff. Good interaction with Bob Eckhardt and Nick. Neither were pushy and gave us our space. Rob in financial was also friendly and very helpful. We were also impressed with the tour of your facility given by Bob. Especially the cleanliness and organization of the service garage.
As usual, my experience at Pat O'Brien Chevrolet was excellent. Joe Santora in the Service Department was extremely helpful, and went Way out of his way to research an extended maintenance plan which I had purchased, while I waited for scheduled service to be completed on my 2017 Silverado. Also, as I was walking to the customer waiting area, Reggie Langhorne, who was my salesperson, greeted me and asked how my vehicle and I were doing. I have Always had great experiences at this dealership.
Expensive, but efficient. Main issue was that I was there less than 1 month prior for regular maintenance and was not told I needed transmission fluid exchange, or that my brakes were worn and needed repairs (per the print out I received they were still in the "good range"). better communication would be helpful so that financial preparation can be made.
