Although all work to this point has been mainly warranty work, the honesty and service I have received are second to none. I have worked with Micheal Mitcheff and Nick Stellakis and both of these advisors were awesome! There have been other advisors along the way and they deserve recognition too. And the techs are very kind as well. Although my salesman, Robert Paradise is no longer with your dealership, he too was fantastic. I gave Robert a list of features that I was looking for in an Impala, and he found exactly what I wanted. The car was in New Jersey, I believe. He had the car shipped to the dealership so I could check it out. Needless to say, the car was like new. I was impressed from the start. Your dealership has installed new tires, performed a TSB service, oil change, an inspection, free brake pad replacement and many other services on my vehicle. This work I suspect, will last a long time on my car.

I purchased one of your certified used vehicles (2008 Chevy Malibu) and have brought the vehicle back for a number of repairs. It has been over a month and a half, many miles and many books on CD since my last service appointment on December 22nd. I did call the service department the next day to compliment the department on their service. I mention books on CD because the CD part of the radio was malfunctioning making listening to books on CD or Music CD's impossible. Since I drive 22 miles each way to work, getting to work safely and as a 'books on CD' junkie listening to books is very important to me. I know how expensive replacing the radio is so when your service department said they would work with GM on the radio. I was extremely pleased.
